Irregular Periods, PCOS. On Aromek. Proper Medication? Pregnancy Chances?

hi doctor

i married from last 3years, i had regular periods before marriage, but after my marriage i try to conceive but my doctor said your egg size not supportive and then after my doctor diagnose me PCOS, now she suggest me for have Aromek 2.5 mg for 5 days, i just want to know is this medicine good for my problem and it is possible to get pregnant with PCOS in future

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
Aromek contains letrozole which is used for ovulation induction.
But in some places this drug is banned.
So better to go for alternative drug clomiphene citrate with your doctor's advice.
After using the drug you have to go for follicular study.
And plan unprotected intercourse around the time of ovulation, which will increase the chances of pregnancy.
