Irregular Periods. Polycystic Ovaries Found In The Ultrasound. Treatment?

I hv got my last period in 1 st march , that period continue upto 10/3/12 ( 1.3.13 to 10.3.13 ) . after stop my periods i hv no bleeding only two days -- after again bleeding - no heavy but still continuing -- i hv polycystic problems since 15 years , my age is 31, i got married, but i hv no kids.-- last month i did ultrasound -- imp : mild poly cystic ovaries . which tablet i hv to take -- please advise me

Hi thanks for your question.
You are having polycystic ovarain disease (POCD).POCD has many problems and infertality is one of commonest problem.Treatment is difficult and divided into two parts;surgical and medical.In medical treatment drugs are given to treat endocrinopathy associated with PCOD.In surgical form ovaries are drilled through a laser fiber or elecro cautery.Consult a gynaecologist who may be able to treat your PCOD.
