Hello,

Welcome to HCM,
When it comes to irregular periods especially in a teenage girl like you, you have to exercise a lot of patience and much patience. It might take time for the situation to be resolved or before you can get slightly regular menses. The medications you took are each separately rightly indicated for irregular menses (of course you need to be on only one of those at a time). Dosages depend on your treating doctor but usual doses should be respected. You might need to stop taking any treatment for at least 1 month or so before you can start the medication. This so to make sure that your periods are actually still irregular.
Pelvic ultrasound should be done to determine if there is an obvious underlying cause loke PCOS, uterine hyperplasia etc.

Hope this helps
