Irregular Periods After Marriage, Scanty. Suffer Atropic Blanche On Both Foot And Legs. Solution ?

Hi i am AAAA from mumbai , i am married from last 5 yrs. my menses were regular wih proper flow before marriage , but after marriage it has become irregular . i do not get flow properly and very scanty menses . i am 28 yrs now 69 kgs and on Contraceptive pills from last 3 yrs , please help dr , i want to reduce weight also , plus want proper menses too.. i also consulted a gynaecologist for CoppeR T ,But due to some problems in the opening of mouth of cervix , she said it has to be done under general anaesthesia ..
i am also , suffering from Atropic Blanche from last 3 yrs on both foot and lower legs , due to dampness and moisture of mumbai . it gets more in rainy season , and i am on medications for it ( Homoeopathy and painkillers )


Drs , Humble request , pls give some guidance for the same ?

Hi,
From history you require evaluation of your case.
Seeing overweight and irregular period chance of having hypothyroid should be ruled out.
Rue out diabetes as well.
Consult Gynaec and get examined and investigated.
After investigations plan of treatment can be decided.
