Irregular Periods, Body Ache And Fever. Reason?

Hello Sir,

Im 23 and i got married 5 months ago.. Since 3 months i am not having regular periods, its almost 25 days late and im also having body ache nd fever all the time..The irregular periods problem, i used to have 2 years ago but then i went for 6 months medication, and it got cured. Would u please help me by telling what it could be?
