Irregular Periods, Breast Pain, Rectal Bleeding, No Intercourse. Treatment?

Hi, i am 24 year old female, i have missed my period for two months, i have been having chest pains and pain in the breast going through to the nipple. I have also started having rectal bleeding since monday. I dont know what is happening. I am also weeing a lot more frequently than normal. There is no chance of me being pregnant as i have not had intercouse for over 10 months.

Thanks for your query.
All the symptoms that you describe are not specific for pregnancy.
As you have not had intercourse for over ten months, you are definitely not pregnant.
There are various causes for a missed period.
Anxiety, stress, hypothyroidism, weight gain, polycystic ovaries, ingestion of hormonal medications - all this can lead to a skipped period.
Please consult a gynecologist for total evaluation.
Also, rectal bleeding can indicate fissures, piles or fistula in ano.
