Irregular Periods, Frequent Migraines, Pain During Urination, Bloating. Scan Showed Normal Results. Any Thoughts?
I had frequent migraines I don't have periods for months on end I have pain when I urinate when I'm on my period bit have been tested many times foe I.infection which I don't have and when I don't have a period for months my stomach bloats and when I have a period it is very painful I've had a scan on my uterus that looked fine and a camera into my bladder which also came back fine

As you have undergone an ultrasound and a urine examination I would suggest you check on your hormone levels just to make sure this has a hormonal cause. Various conditions can result in a hormonal imbalance and so do not assume this to be the final diagnosis.
