Irregular Periods, Headache, Nausea, Back Pain, Heavy Discharge, Pregnancy Test Negative. Treatment?
I am a week late for my period and having some weird symptoms since essentially my last period. Headaches, nausea, cramping, lower back pain, increased discharge. About two weeks after my last period I had a tiny amount of blood twice when I wiped and saw what looked like some tissue or something in the toilet. 4 negative pregnancy tests.
hello , thanks for the query . The bleeding that you are describing is probably suggestive of an acute /chronic anal fissure or haemorrhoids . This is best diagnosed by a proctoscopy . I would suggest you to consult the surgeon and consume plenty of fluids and fibers in your diet . You can also do sitz bath thrice a day after every motion. The irregular periods are due to hormonal imbalance . The symptoms are probably due to the next period which is due . There is no reason to worry . If it worsens you can consult your obg gyn doctor . Thank you
