Irregular Periods Throughout Life. 3 Periods In 5 Months After Treatment. Good Sign?

I have never had a regular period in my life, MAYBE one a year and never more. Plus everyone has been dark brownish blood. Now, after a C-section, mirena iud, and complete removal of GMO and chemical preservatives, I am having really fresh looking blood during my period, and have now had 3 periods in 5 months. Is the a good thing? Maybe signs of my reproductive parts are becoming healthy or heading that way? Or should I be worried? It is very very out of the norm for me.
