blood pressure is affected by many factors.the cuff used if its biiger compared to her arm it shows less reading.the pulse rate with BP gives better idea.ask her to drink more water.i think its mostly instrumental error if she is symptomatically ok.if she is having any complaint then its the problem rather than the BP reading
