Is 15 Million Sperm Count Normal?

hello doctor,
yesterday my husband had done a semen analysis test in that volume is 1.5ml,ph is 8.0,raction is alkaline,viscosity is high viscosity,liquifaction time is more than 1 hrs,total sperm count is 15 ml,active motile is 10, sluggish motile is 15, non motile is 75, pus cells 4-6/hpf,rbc cells 0-1/hpf,semen fructose level positive. so you please tell me whether the report is normal
