Is 4-6 Puss Cells In Urine Analysis Report A Cause For Concern?

my 4 year old had her urinalysis on 8 Aug 11 with results of 0-2 rbc and pus cells and +1 protein and we were advised for a repeat urine test. on 13 Aug. 11, her urine test resulted to no rbc, 4-6 pus cells.

i would like if 4-6 pus cells is kindda serious? thanks
