Hello,

The CMIA report is DUO combo 4th generation test used for diagnosis of HIV which gives earlier positive HIV (detecting p 24 antigen and HIV antibodies) as compared to ELISA which detects only HIV antibodies. So it is the matter of positive HIV test result earlier and not matter of dangerous, which is determined by the viral load.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
