Is 82 Over 47 Good Blood Pressure?

i have been hurting bad in my knees and legs went to the doctor he sent me for xrays on my knees.gave me 2 shots in my hips for pain and inflamation.he thinks it is authoritis.my blood pressure was good today he said.112/63.i found 5 bruuise on my left leg tonight that waqsn t there when i went to him.now i m concerned over my blood pressure been 82/47.
