Is Adderall Intake Safe Before Tonsillectomy?

I must get my tonsils removed on Wednesday. Thursday is when we scheduled it so Im assuming they think my overa health is well enough to get out under without complications. I m perscribed adderall and I try to not take it often as my doctor told me. I normally will only end up taking 10mg a day but sometimes I will end up taking my 25mg pill instead. I have work every day leading up to survey including Tuesday night into wednesday morninf (i work over nights as a janitor the shit is from 9pm-3am). I normally take my adderall a little later around 7-8-9pm so Im fully functional for the work shift. Will I be fine taking the pill tuesday night even with surgery being performed the next morning? Thank you.

Hello
In my opinion, adderall should be stopped a day before surgery.
Otherwise there may be drug interactions resulting in change in blood pressure levels.
Do disclose to your surgeon that you take adderall.

Thanks.
