Is Alphanate 2060iu RCo The Same As Alphanate 2000iu?

Hello, I work at a pharmacy and received a prescription for a patient for alphanate 2000iu (800vwf) and the directions are 2000u every 8 hours for 7 days. I am confused about the products though as I am very unfamiliar with these medications. One product description statest alphanate ahf 2060iu rco 2060iu. Wood that product be correct?

It is a biological for hemophilia. IT has to be titrated and adjusted. Even if it isn't exactly the same, it will work out to be the same when it is adjusted.But I'm pretty sure it is the same.
