What experience have you had with Icelandic angelecia extract for incontinence. I have an article about it from about 10 yrs . It seems to be starting to work,,,,, have used it 2 days now,,,,I am 83 and would love to cut my trips to bathroom every nite,,, thanks for any Info you have. I only got up 3 times last night instead of every hr...... Ethel

Hi,

It may be useful to increase urine production rather than decreasing the urine infection. But few studies have shown that Angelica extract reduces urine frequency and allows you to fulfill complete evacuation.
