General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Armour Thyroid and NP Thyroid are natural products made from animal thyroid glands and used to treat hypothyroidism (low thyroid hormone) and to treat or prevent goitre (enlarged thyroid gland).
Armour Thyroid is also given as part of a medical test for thyroid disorders.
Both have same active ingredient but they differ in the inactive ingredient.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. AJEET SINGH, General & Family Physician
