thanks for choosing health care magic.It contains vitamin b complex,is given when there are signs of its deficiency.It serves as a appetite stimulant in some cases.So it is not must to increase weight.you should take more of green leafy vegetables,fruits etc.Take more milk and milk products and diet rich in protein like dal,pulses etc.
