Is Cefolac 100 Mg The Right Medicine For Fever In A Child?

My baby got fever and it is oscillating coming down and again getting worse. When we meet doctor, he suggested cefolac 100(Antibiotic) syrup without any test. Please help whether I can use it for my baby without worries. Her age is 3 years. Thank You in advance.

hi sir, welcome to HCG, i understand ur problem, yes u can use that antiboitic syrup 5ml twice a day, and also u have to use parecetamol250 syrup 5ml thrice a day, no need to worry, hope u satisfy with my answer. thank u
