As per your complain it seems that you had an Upper Respiratory Track Infection commonly known as common cold and it occurs due to Viral infection and in your case it seems to be secondary Bacterial infection along with Vitamin.. Nothing to worry, you can take a course of antibiotics like Cephelexin or Levofloxacin for one week. Take Ibuprofen for pain relief.. Decongestant Oral and nasal spray like Phenylephrine or Pseudoephadrine can be taken.. Take mucolytics like Bromohexine for loosening the phlegm and eases drainage..
