Hello,

Welcome to health care magic.

I have read your question completely and understand your concern.

You have been prescribed the right antibiotic for your ingrowing toe nail. Cephalexin is a strong antibiotic and 10 days course is enough to get rid off the infection. If your toe is better by then, you do not need to take any more extra antibiotics, but kindly finish the 10 day course.

I hope this answer has helped you.

Thank you.

Regards
