Is Cipro An Effective Medicine For The Treatment Of A UTI?

I just received results of a urinary culture taken to help treat a uti. The culture shows I have Raoultella plant icola. I was give cipro before the culture results were in. I have 7 day supply. Is this a good drug to use. The information says only 16 cases of this organism. I've taken 2 days of the med. thank you for helping. Lm

Ciprofloxacin is a good drug for UTI.

It is quite effective against common organisms which cause UTI.
