I hav been suffering wit severe acne since a week..it appeared suddenly n covered ma face within no tym.i hav used a medicine named topcort,doc said dat itz a steroid.nw im using clindamycin nd nicotinamide gel.is it useful to reduce ma acne??plz help me,they seem lyk allergy on ma face!!

Pimples appearing in such a short time us unlikely to be simple acne. So it will be fine if you can see a dermatologist for evaluation.
Meanwhile wash your face with soap and water frequently.
