Is Colimex Effective In Treatment Of Gastric Problem In An Infant?
My son(1.5yrs) is having gastric problem for the past two days. His stomach looks hard and looks bulged and he is crying for the whole day including night. Doctor has advised for Colimex drops and previously recommended Gastica nad Neopetine. Will it work now with Colimex now?

According to me colimex should work if it is only gastritis. I would generally not prefer neopeptine.
