Is Crocin The Right Medicine For Recurring Fever In A Child?

Hi, my 3 year old has fever from last night. Gave crocin 240mg syrup at 12 in midnight and once again fever shot up by 2 am. So gave p250 3ml. Fever subsided in one hr but has recurred at 6 am now, can i give p250 again now at 7? What s the minimum duration between p250 for this age? She is 14kgs.

Crocin is PARACETAMOL and a very good and safe medicine for fever .
The normal dose of crocin is 10 mg / kg body weight for 6 hourly i.e. you can repeat dose after 6 hours .
