Is Diclofenac Sodium 12.5mg (half) Inserted To The Anus Safe For Reducing The Fever In A Infant?

Hi! My son is 9 months old. He had G6PD and now having fever measured at 39 celcius degree. We had just given him paracetamol (oral taking) 2 hours ago. Can I give him the Diclofenac Sodium 12.5mg (half) inserted to his anus. Please advice. Thank you.
