Is Duoluton An Effective Medication For Irregular Periods?

Hello doctor.. My daughter is 18years old, she has the problem of irregular periods so the gynecologist advised to take duoloton-d for 21days..she started it from yesterday(9/10th of period) but still she has little bleeding after taking the tablet, is it possible to bleed after taking the tablet and what are the side effects? Please help.

Duoluton is quite effective for irregular periods.
If your periods still irregular, consult a gynecologist and rule out conditions like PCOS.
