Is Ethanol Effective In Killing HIV Virus?

yesterday I met a girl. I do not know if she is HIV+ or HIV-. We started kissing and I stimulated her with my right middle finger deeply in her vagina for couple of minutes. I asked her to spray some ethanol 70% on my right hand (I have a bottle it at home), I grabbed a napkin with my right hand and I cleaned my penis. Now I read that ethanol 70% is not very effective to kill HIV virus (is that true?). My hand was very wet of her fluid and the napkin was not able to keep her fluid far from reaching my penis. Should I be worried?
