Guillian-Barre-----V.A. in Nev.'98-'07, blood work every 6 to 8 mos. no problems. '07 V.A. in mich. reports Hep c carrier & Guillian-Bare. Blood work at Charlevox, Mi. confirmed. Have bi-lateral A.C.L. tear & lowerback problems L4-S1. Sep. '12 ' my colon ruptured from diverticulites; 2 operations, 23 days on life support 54 days in hos., Feb.'13 reversal, contracted infection & hospital for 5 days Mar.'13, and sep. 26,'13 put in 11cm X 15cm mesh for insional hernias. About first prt of Dec. '12 my toes would fall asleep, tingle, then hurt forabout 5 min. This gradually stopped, now th top of left foot to about 1/2 way up front of leg is tingly, no oain but toes on both feet tend to want to curl up when I'm laying down. No other described symptoms. Can a person just be a carrier of GBS. I am 641/2, never had flu shot. Is GBS transmitalbe by I.V. sharing or unprotected sex? (the 70's)
