Is HIV Possible Through Unprotected Sex?

only one time i had sex with a girl with out condoms. only 2 minints sex.but i relesed my sperm inside her vagaina.she have 3 kids and husband right now,and have one husband alreday divorced.we are here in saudi arabia now.Doctor if any possibility to me to have HIV?

i am worried because she is from Bangalore.

Unprotected sex with an unknown partner is risky. There are risks of STDs including HIV infection with such behaviour.

In your case, your sexual partner should get herself for HIV. If she's negative, there is no need for you to worry. If she is positive, there is still a chance that you may be uninfected. You need to do a HIV-RNA PCR done to detect if you have HIV. You must also take post-exposure prophylaxis to prevent HIV infection (if your partner is positive) and avoid such adventures in the future.
