Is HIV Screening Test 100% Accurate?

Hi Doctor. I am a 27 year old Indian Guy. I've got myself tested for HIV yesterday (ELISA HIV 1/2 antibody screening test at Dr Lal Path Labs) and the result was Non Reactive (0.29). The possible exposure I had was about a month ago. Can I trust the HIV result as negative or I need to undergo further tests.

Yes , you can very well rely but you have to undergo another test at 90 days of your exposure to be absolutely sure of your negativity .
