Hello
I am trying to explain you , so please read all these very carefully :
Laboratory diagnosis of HIV infection depends on the demonstration of anti-HIV
antibodies and/or the detection of HIV or one of its components .
The standard screening test for HIV infection is the detection of anti HIV antibodies using an enzyme
immunoassay ( EIA).This test is highly sensitive ( >99>5%) and is quite SPECIFIC . Western blot is the most commonly used confirmatory test and detects antibodies to HIV antigens of specific molecular weight .
Yes if test is WESTERN blot , it is conclusive after 6 months as in your case ( but as I have said 99.5%) .
Now about your symptoms , frankly I would like to say that all these symptoms are an indication of HIV infection .
Sometimes test may be NEGATIVE as in your case but the doctor have to rely on CLINICAL FINDINGS , SIGNS , SYMPTOMS & PHYSICAL as well as clinical history of illness .
Lymphadenopathy, sore mouth , headache/retro-orbital pain,
fever,
pharyngitis, lathargy/
malaise, arthralgias/myalgias, anorexia/qweight loss, nause/vomiting/
diarrhea.
Erythematous maculopapular rashes, mucopurulent ulceration on tongue and in mouth. However, most of these symptoms , your are having.
I recommend you please visit an HIV infection treatment clinic and get thier opinion.
