Is HIV Transmission Possible By Pre-ejaculatory Fluid Through The Anus?

Hello, I'm an 18 year-old male and I recently had unprotected sex with another male. I am wondering if the HIV can pass through precum. I don't think this male had precum, but I could be wrong. He didn't ejaculate inside of the anus, though. How long should I get tested and should I get tested regularly? I don't plan on having unprotected sex ever again.

Hello
Sex among men with men is the most predominant mode of transmission of HIV infection world wide and that too UNPROTECTED in your case.
HIV has been demonstrated in the seminal fluid ( precum ) both within infected mononuclear cells and in the free cell state.
If some one have inflammatory states as urethritis and epididymitis virus appears to be concentrated in seminal fluid ( precum i.e. more chance ).
There is a strong association of transmission of HIV with receptive anal intercourse, probably because a thin, fragile rectal mucosal membrane separates the deposited semen from potentially susceptible cells in and beneath the mucosa and trauma may be associated with anal intercourse .
Anal douching and sexual practices that traumatize the rectal mucosa also increase the likelihood of infection.
So you are at risk due to ANAL intercourse ( provide your partner was an HIV infected person ).
Antibodies to HIV begin to appear within 2 weeks of infection and the period of time between initial infection and the development of detectable antibodies is rarely more than 3 months .
So after 2 weeks of contract get in rapid nucleic acid amplification (P 24 pcr rna ) test for HIV confirmation.
Hope this will help you.
Once your test negative need not to repeat regularly .
