Hello
According to this history mentioned in the query , you are HIV free and it is based on the facts and studies form books.
Now one by one .
1 Kissed her lips .
2 Sucked nipples
3 Index finger .
You are having ulcer in your mouth.
Although HIV can be isolated typically in low titers from the SALIVA of INFECTED individuals ( you are not and your partners's status is not clear ) , there is NO convincing evidence that saliva can transmit HIV infection, either through kissing or any other mode of transmission.
So in both way no 1 & 2 , you are safe.
Intact skin can't get infection in any way , so no 3 fingering , safe.
I don't recommend any test because you are 100 % free for HIV.
Hope this is useful for you.
Good luck.
