Is HIV Transmission Possible Through Protected Sex?

Sir I had sex with a paid female ... I had sex on 29-06-2016.. I used condom but my condom was only half covered of my penis.. After some day I was having fever with loose motion but my fever gone on next 2nd day but loose motion remain for 3-5 days... After some day I was having backache which last for several days... Then on 24-08-2016(that is on 54 day after having intercourse) I have done HIV 1&2 antibody test which came non-reactive.. but Sir I have throat problem for about 10 to 15 days (present day06-10-2016) .. i don t have any problem with eating.. no pain also in my throat area.. no fever no sneezing.... So please tell me that is it the sign of HIV... Plz answer me...

These are not signs of HIV and you should not be worried. Theoretically,there is some risk even with protection if condom breaks but this risk is negligible and you should do tests only if there is some suspicions about your partner status.
