Is HPV Virus Contacted Due To Lack Of Immune System Or Unprotected Intercourse?

I have been prescribed with gynex forte vag since I ve been dg with candida and HPV virus. I m Also taking 160mg Levotroxin tab since I had papillary cancer of thyroid gland and removed by op my thy.gl . Is this happened due to lack of immune system or because of unprotected sex. I m married and have 2 children and I m 42 yrs old .

There are two possibilities that need a mention here:

+Unprotected sexual intercourse with an individual eho has been diagnosed with an active HPV infection can cause transmission of the infection to you, regardless of your immune status

+It is also possible that you have contracted the infection long befote, but have been displaying symptoms only since your immune system has been compromised
