Is IBS The Cause Of The Symptoms?

I m currently awaiting to have a colonoscopy on friday to find out if I have inflammatory bowel disease. My symptoms have changed over the weekend and I m not going to the toilet as much however have been sick many times and can t keep food down. Is there anything this could be?

Well come to HCM
If this is inflammatory disease of colon then this need to be further investigated for exact etiology like whether this is bacterial, viral or malignancy, and treatment would be decided according to underlying cause, better to go for consultation, with gastroenterologist, take care.
