Hi,

Parkinson's disease is a degenerative neurological disorder due to deficiency of dopamine. Pramipex, Parkin and Rasalect are the medicines commonly prescribed to treat the signs and symptoms of Parkinson's disease. Krislow contains an anti-oxidant (coenzyme Q10) which appears to slow the progression of Parkinson's disease, however there is no clinical study done to confirm its efficacy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali, General & Family Physician
