Is Laparo An Accurate Medication Given For Increased TSH Level And Low AMH Level?
My AMH is less than 1 FSH is 10.60 TSH is always high anti tpand ati tpo antibodies read more than 1300 by both tubes are proximally blocked, my doc suggested Lapro in the next cycle and prescripbe DHEA 3 times a day and also mentioned i have very less time to. Please help
Hello Thanks for writing to us with your health concern. You have a lot of issues regarding fertility. Firstly, is the low AMH values. This indicates a very poor ovarian reserve. You have not mentioned your age, however, ovarian reserve means the ability of a woman to produce good quality and number of eggs ( follicles ). The second is your TSH, and TPO antibodies, which also are a hindrance for fertility. The biggest factor is that your fallopian tubes are blocked. Yes, DHEA is shown to increase ovarian reserve, but not to a great extent. If laparoscopy shows indubitable tubal block, do not waste time. Go for IVF ( in vitro fertilization ) as with time the ovarian reserve will further decline. Get your partner's semen analysis done also. Take regular folic acid supplements. All the best Take care.
