Is Lyrica-75mg Advisable For Pain In The Sciatic Nerve?

my doctor prescribe lyrica 50mg but I am having problems with my insurance to pay for it. My husband has been given lyrica 75 mg. My doctor has prescribe twice a day. Can I take my husband 75 mg at night to help me from the pain that I have on my syotic nerve.Thank you Yolanda P.
