Hi and thank you so much for this query. I am so sorry to hear about these elevated numbers on your liver function tests They are not an indication for E/MRCP right now. More evaluation is needed to pinpoint the cause before making the decision whether these advanced endoscopic measures are need for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes. Cause like viral infections, autoimmune disorders, drugs, alcohol etc need to be investigated first. Also an uttrasound would guide the decision making process.
