Is Majestic Tablet Effective In Increasing Sperm Motility?
Hello dr am 39 y male. I am married for a year now with no offspring .my sperm count is 25 millions and forward progressive motility is 50% ( rapid linear 30% and sluggish linear 20%).my wife period and ovulation are normal.my doctor perscribed majestic tablets 5000units to increase motility.iwant to ask what is this medication and if it really helps?

Normal sperm motility is 40 % or more according to the WHO , so at 50% , your value is above the normal.
In addition to checking ovulation/period, imaging of your wife's uterus and tubes may also be needed.
In some couples, no obvious cause can be found.
