hi, i am gaurav here, i have question for you, i am go for a gymnasium from last two months, coacher has suggested me to go for a mega mass powder to increase the weight and build the mass, so i just want an advice from whther i can go for it, if so any side effects nand which would be better to build mass

Most of the body building centres and Gymnasiums suggest to take whey protein powder. usually this protein powders are not useful as most of them contains a protein which is incompletly digested by the body. Instead, increasing protein sources in diet like eggs, lean meat or soyabean (in case you are vegetarian) helps more to gain body as well as are devoid of side effects.
