Is Metatop Used Only For Cleansing The Mucus And Dust Particles In Nose?
Hi Doc, I have a similar problem to the one mentioned here(Nasal problems). I had visited an ENT specialist a week back at Sagar Hospitals, Bangalore. His suggestion was also a similar one..Metatop spray daily two times. Is Metatop used only for cleansing the mucus and dust particles in nose or is it an effective spray to increase the diameter of nosehole?
I am having serious issues with breathing, ending up in sleepless nights as I am having to breathe from mouth as the nose(sometimes both holes) is blocked even when I do not have COLD. During the day, I am able to breathe only 50% percent through my nose and this is taking a toll on my HEALTH. I suggested the doctor the same, but his suggestion was to use Metatop for 3 weeks.
My Question: If Metatop does not help, is there anyway (a surgery perhaps) to increase the size of nosehole. This is impacting my health seriously and as such please advice at the earliest.

I have gone through your query, you are using nasal decongestant metatop it is useful in cleaning mucus, and dust particles , it doesnt help in increasing size of nose hole, if you have more query about you should consult ENT surgeon .
