is methylpredsolne helpful for white patches plz reply I have white patches both of my hands and feet at least from 12yrs intake lot of medicines methixsalane lotion and many other medicines now I am using methypredsolne injection plz reply its helpful or not I have 30yrs of age

Topical corticosteroids is useful in cases of vitiligo in preventing the progression of this condition . Other dermatological conditions which can cause white patches include hypomelanosis , tinea versicolor , pityriasis alba , nevus depigmentosus .
