Is Noriday Effective In Treating Prolonged Vaginal Bleeding?

Hiya 4 months ago I had the implant, since then I ve bled for over 3 months. The doctor has prescribed me noriday. I m on the 5th day of this and I m now bleeding a lot heavier. Is this normal? When will it end? I m getting married in 2 weeks and need this issue sorted asap. Thanks in advance for any advise

Hi,

Noriday is a brand name of Norethisterone it is a progesterone drug.

It can help to control bleeding but it takes quite long time.

You can take drugs like Tranexamic Acid or Ethamsylate for symptomatic relief.

If bleeding persist, you can consult a gynecologist and get evaluated.
