3 year old, urinalysis shows clarity = turbid, PH = 7.5, Protein = 1+, glucose = neg, keytones = neg, bilirubin = neg, blood = trace-intact, urobilinogen = normal, nitrite = neg, leukocyte esterase = 3+, WBC = 100, RBC = 3-5, Crystals = 0-5, epithelial cells = 0-5, Bacteria = 4+ Any help reading this?

thanks for your question. well clearly report is suggestive of urine infection. kindly get urine culture and sensitivity done as soon as possible and before starting antibiotics. also child needs antibiotic treatment for atlest 14 days and control fever with paracetamol.
