Is Perinorm And Zifi The Right Medication For Severe Headache, Fever And Nausea?

my son 12 yrs age had attack of severe headache since 2 days. i gave him crocin pain relief. yesterday and till now he has shivering and fever . tongue coated white, severe nausea, mild stomachache is there. no cough, no throat pain, no loosemotions . i have started with perinorm and zifi -o 200. is it right medication?

I have gone through your query regarding severe headache, fever and nausea.

As you said that your son had severing yesterday with fever and there is coating of tongue and only mild stomachache is there.

Symptoms of disease in your son compel us to think over fevers associated with severing like-

A- Malaria.

B- U.T.I.

C- Filaria.

D- Viral fever.

Thus to make proper diagnosis a thorough clinical examination is must and few blood tests are necessary like-

1- Blood for M.P. & microfilaria.

2- CBC,

3- Urine- routine and microscopic.

By the inferences of above investigations and their co-relation with clinical findings one may make proper diagnosis and accordingly that may be managed
