General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* As per my surgical experience, the Rapilif 8 mg is the best therapy for specific receptor action over the prostate enlargement via receptor blocking action of selective alpha 1.

* Many hormonal medications take time for response and consistent therapy over a period of time will give best results for sure.

* If the only prostate is larger than a certain size and extensive compression of the prostatic urethra where drug therapy fails, the issue of laser therapy or prostate surgery comes into the picture.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
